What if I made a spelling error with my profile link?
Depending on the nature of your spelling error we might be able to fix your order. Contact us If you made a spelling error making the link go to another existing profile/post etc; we can not help you or refund your order. Make sure to double check the links!
What if it has been over 24 hours and I have not received anything?
First of all, if it's been under 24 hours it's possible our bots are delivering a lot of orders and the order will still be sent. This is rare though and most of the time you will see your order starting to arrive within 30 minutes. But if it's been over 24 hours you will need to contact us, sorry for the inconvenience in advance. Delivery was probably hindered because of a spelling error or incorrect formatting of your link. No worries though, we will try our best to help you.

How do I pay with Cashapp?
We don’t accept cashapp for single orders because the minimum order value can be $0.01. You can however add balance to your account with Cashapp (available to everyone). Go to payments.pennyplace.io for more information. All fully automated ^

Contacting us with this issue is no problem, but it won't make us accept the payment faster. We will accept a payment as soon as we see it. This might take up to 24 hours. Please do contact us if it takes longer than this In case cash app says a payment 'failed', contact us and do not try to send a payment again. This means that there is a problem with either our or your Cashapp account

How do I get free shop balance?
There are multiple ways to get free shop credit from us. -The first and actual free one is using our 'affiliate' program. Login to your customer account (you don't have to make an account, just fill in your email) and get your affiliate code. Share this to people and receive 20% for every single purchase they make! This will automatically be added to your balance. You can choose to receive this in crypto also, but then you get 10%. - For PennyHouse you get $1.5 in shop credit for every 3 reviews you give us. - We have setup other ways to get free rewards, please see your customer dashboard to see the specifics
How do I pay with Cashapp on this store?
Since the minimum order amount can be $0.01, you cannot use Cashapp for normal orders. Head over to our account page (customer login) and topup your balance with cashapp, you can now use this to pay for all orders. This balance will also be synced to the stores of all of our other services (PennyStream and PennyHouse).
Can I pay with PayPal or Card automatically with 0 fees?
Yes! Visit payments.pennyplace.io for more information. Payment is automated. To prevent fraud order have to be accepted manually. So in short -> You pay, we accept the order, you can spend the balance. These payment gateways are only available for customers, if you are not a customer but would like to pay with paypal/card; please contact us. We can probably work something out.
